This report presents number of calls that are inbound and outbounds.
It shown a chart and a table with the total calls and date time(UTC).
- Go to Console Management => Reports.
- Go to Call trends reports section and select “Calls”.
- Select the filters: group, operator, and time period between the options: Hourly, Daily, Last 4 week or Last 3 months.
- Click on “run report” to see the result.
