First Actions:

Fill in ALL THE BOXES as though you where really quoting,
MAKE SURE THE EMAIL BOX IS FILLED WITH YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS!
Click Back
Click Start Quote
Click Number of Cleaners choose any figure
Click Hours per Cleaner choose any figure
Click Days per Week choose any figure
Click Calculate Costings
Click Specification
Click Send Quote
If you have filled in your email info correctly you will receive two emails,
- one is the quote report
- one is the email that the prospect receives.
Open the PDF quote.
Print the PDF
Carefully read through the document to check that you fully understand it, including the terms and conditions section.
Make a list of any queries you have, you will receive a call from your account manager to discuss anything you are not sure about.
