If part of the track is missing in Rinkai, you need to check if it is in the monitoring system.
If the provider has a track, the task of our technical support is to find why the data was lost. If the trekking provider does not have a track, then here are the possible reasons:

1. GPS signal jammer – there are specialized devices and and side effects interfere – some Chinese FM transmitters (listen to music from a flash drive via radio).
2. “Dump” on power – the tracker may have a faulty battery and faulty connection wiring.
3. Software failure of the tracker – the tracker doesn’t transmit data until it reboots.
4. Hardware failure of the tracker – the tracker’s memory may be damaged and it simply doesn’t transmit data for some time.

All this can be seen in the “raw” data from the tracker – contact the provider’s technical support for clarification.
