Payments made when a member is logged in to their Members Area account will automatically be added to the members Transaction record in Surfguard . If a member makes a payment directly via pay.slsa.com.au the details will not update n the Transaction field. However, a club officer/administrator can enter the details manually to the Transaction record in Surfguard.

To view transactions in Surfugard, search for a member and click the Transaction tab

Alternatively View the members details and select Start/View Transaction(s) under Members Links

You will see transactions that have already been added to the members details. The default date range is 01 July – 30 June

Click “Add” to manually add a transaction. See example below.
