5. Subscription

You can check the status and manage your plan by selecting “Subscription” from the left menu.

Current subscription

In this section you see your current plan and the date for your next payment. You have the following options:

• Update your subscription plan – you can update your plan any time.
• Cancel your subscription – you can cancel any time. When the subscription is canceled, the plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• Activate a code – if you have been provided with an activation code, you can add it here and use the available features.
• Update your billing information
  

!If you want to update to a plan with fewer features, you will need to remove patients or staff members above the maximum number allowed.
