Register staff
You can register additional clinicians from your practice by selecting the Register button on the top right corner of the screen. Then you should fill in the form with the following details:
- Name
- Email – a valid email on which the clinician will receive a temporary password, and official communication from the application such as a two-factor authentication code, forgotten password and additional information (if this option is selected).
Initially the registered clinician will not have any permissions in the application.
Staff permissions
You can update permissions when you tap on the “Edit permissions” button of a clinician:
- View patients data – View patients list and monitor patients data
- Manage patients data – Send, approve or deny monitoring requests for the clinic. Remove already monitored patients from the clinic.
- View staff – View staff members and their permisions
- Manage staff – Delete existing or create new clinic staff. Change staff permissions. Give or remove staff login rights.
Login rights
Users with “Manage staff” permissions can give or remove login rights. This can be done with the “Disable/Enable” button of a clinician.
