Introduction

This Board of Director’s Handbook was compiled in order to assist Board members with understanding key aspects of ISES and Board member responsibilities. The Executive Committee of the Board requests that Board members become familiar with this material at the start of their term and use it for reference throughout your term. This handbook will be continually updated as needed.
