3. Bylaws

Bylaws provide the operating framework for the association including such articles as membership, dues, officers, and directors
All business conducted should be done in accordance with the association’s bylaws
Directors should be familiar with the information outlined in the bylaws and be prepared to reference them often
Bylaws were updated in Fall 2019 and again in Winter 2020
