Affiliate Profiles

Depending on the settings created by your affiliate program, you will be able to create multiple Affiliate Profiles within your account.
It is important to inform your account manager when you create a new affiliate profile so that any commission structures are added to that new ID.

Dependant on access, you will see a ‘create new’ button where you can select both an internal and external affiliate username.

Affiliate Profile Settings

To understand the settings associated with your affiliate profile, you can use the ‘manage’ button where you will be presented with the following options;

Edit
Here you can edit your Internal affiliate username, however you cannot edit your track username

Sites

You are able to create as many Site IDs under your Affiliate Account as you like. This functionality is useful if you would like to monitor which of your sites is generating your traffic. To create a new site ID , select the ‘add new’ button on the top right of the page and here, you can create the site ID name and the URL of the traffic source.

It is also possible to create commission structures based on Site IDs, so your account manager create site IDs for this reason for you. Speak to you account manager for more information.

Commission Groups

On this page you are able to see the commission structure you have associated with the site ID. Here you will be able to review and confirm the structure with your account manager.
