15. Reporting

PriApps tracks Print usage at any network attached printer or MFP, as well as USB attached devices. PriApps also tracks Copy, Scan and Fax usage at any Managed Printer or MFP.

The data, combined with other information, allows PriApps to provide a comprehensive reporting capability for:

• Device metering & utilization

• Cost Optimization & Savings

*PriApps can be configured to obfuscate user specific data, such usernames, user IDs, document names etc. in order that organizations comply with local data protection legislation that govern the use of personal data.

Reports can be viewed online by Operators & Administrators, or they can be scheduled and distributed to authorized groups of users via email in a range of formats, including:

• PPTX
• RTF
• CSV
