Detergent
Wear safety glasses or goggles. Use eye protection equipment that has been tested and approved by recognized national standards (or equivalent). | |
When working with or near detergents, use disposable Nitrile gloves of at least 5 mil (0.005”) thickness. Change gloves after each use. |
All detergents will be shipped from PostProcess in 5-gallon jerrycans or 55-gallon drums and poured into the DEMI 400 Series by hand or pumped into the machine using a suitable chemical transfer pump.

Typically used for removal of uncured Stereolithography (SLA) resin. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Typically used for removal of uncured Composite/Filled Stereolithography (SLA) and Digital Light Processing (DLP) resin. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Handling and Disposal
The DEMI 400 Series features a removable stainless steel basket with handles for part handling. Plumbing for the DEMI 400 Series is internal to the machine and self-contained with the exception of the drain valve. The drain valves have barbs for any chemically-compatible flexible tubing with a 1/2” / 13mm diameter. Suggested materials: PTFE, HDPE/UHMW, Nylon, FEP. Always dispose of used detergent in an approved hazardous material receptacle. Follow local, state and federal guidelines for disposal.
