The DEMI 4100 is designed to be fully automatic and configured to remove resin from 3D print technologies such as SLA, DLP, CLIP, and others. The DEMI 4100 is engineered to utilize an automated Submersed Vortex Cavitation system that is configurable based on a specific operational need.

Inside the chamber door of the DEMI 4100 is the main processing tank and mechanical lift. The part envelope is approximately 89 cm x 89 cm x 63.5 cm (35” x 35” x 25”) and is filled with detergent carefully selected to maximize a specific resin removal need. Caution should be used when reaching into the tank.

To the left of the processing tank is the overflow tank. Beneath the tanks is the plumbing, which can be accessed from the front and rear access panels. For more information about cleaning and maintaining the system for the DEMI 4100 please see the Maintenance Operations section of this User Manual.

If the controller touchscreen is off, press the POWER button to turn on the DEMI 4100 and wait for the Home screen to display.
