This User Manual is intended to explain the setup and operation of the DEMI 910. Read this guide thoroughly before operating the DEMI 910 to ensure safe and efficient operation. If a question is not answered in this guide, contact PostProcess for additional support.

The DEMI 910 applies patent-pending Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology that optimizes part processing through agitation algorithms in combination with proprietary detergents and temperature control to remove excess material deposited during 3D printing processes. The DEMI 910 integrates a number of design features for ease of use and maintenance.

While the DEMI 910 is robust, care should be used during operation. When accessing the tank, gently open and close the envelope access door. Be careful when extracting finished parts to limit the amount of detergent that is lost during the removal process. Ensure no heavy materials are stored above the DEMI 910 that may fall and damage it.
