TYPE DESCRIPTION HOW TO RESOLVE
WARNING Low Tank Level Add premixed detergent to processing tank. Refer to the Information screen for Tank Level %. See Adding Detergent to the DEMI 910 for more detail.
WARNING Temperature Limit Exceeded The temperature has gone over the setpoint limit. While active, no device that adds heat to the system can be turned on. This warning will clear once the tank temperature falls below the temperature limit. In Auto Mode the cooling fan will automatically be turned on.
TYPE DESCRIPTION HOW TO RESOLVE
ALARM Low Tank Level Add premixed detergent to processing tank. Refer to the Information screen for Tank Level %. See Adding Detergent to the DEMI 910 for more detail.
ALARM Emergency Stop Confirm operating conditions are safe. Pull out e-stop button to reset.
ALARM Over Temperature Turn off heater and pump. Turn on cooling fan. Wait 30 minutes and then press the CLEAR ALARM button. Repeat until the alarm condition clears.
ALARM Screen Maintenance Due The Remaining Optimal Usage Gauge has expired for the screen filter. See Maintenance Mode Settings for more detail.
ALARM PSI Extreme High/Low System pressure has dropped or risen beyond the tolerance set point. Check the screen for residue build-up. Consider performing Routine Maintenance.
ALARM HMI Comm Error The controller touchscreen or PLC stopped communicating with one another. To resolve, a system restart may be necessary.
ALARM Temperature Deviation The customer should contact PPT if this alarm is encountered.
