When users have forgotten their password details, there is a “forgotten password” function. It is a hyperlink below the member login page.
Once this is clicked, you will be sent to a page where you will be asked to submit the email address which you registered with.
Once an account has been registered under that email address, an email will be sent to that address with a temporary password to login.
When the user returns to the application, they will need to login using their username and temporary password provided in the email.
Finally, the user will be given the opportunity to change the password back to something they will remember easier.
