Installation and Getting Started

The Orchid VMS mobile app is easy to install and access. Review the two sections below and you’ll be up and running in no time.

Installing the App

1. Using your mobile device, go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
2. Search for “Orchid VMS.”
3. When your search results appear, click on Orchid VMS.
4. Click the Install button, then wait for the installation to finish.

Getting Started

1. Once the installation is complete, click the Open button to open the app.
2. Click the Get Started button.
3. Enter the path to your Orchid server. (Remember: a valid HTTPS URL is required.)

4. Click the Connect button.
5. Now enter your username and password and click Sign In. (If it appears, you need to mark the I have read and accept… checkbox to acknowledge that you accept the terms of the access agreement.)

*When you exit the app, if you select the Leave sign out option, this will be the only time that you have to sign in to that server.
