Once the training request has been submitted, the assigned manager will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks prompting them to review it.

Clicking on the subject in Pending Tasks will direct the manager to the Review Training Request task. Here, the manager can assess the request and decide whether to approve or reject it.

  1. Does this training already exist?: This is a radio button that allows users to indicate whether the requested training program already exists in the system.
    • If No is selected, the following fields become visible in the form:
      • Will you create a new training?: This is a radio button that allows users to indicate whether they will create a new training program.
        • By default, Yes is selected, revealing the following button:
          • : This button allows users to create a new training.
            • If selected, it will display the New Training form, where users can define the details of the program.
        • If No is selected, the button will be hidden, and the request will be considered rejected, requiring no further processing.

    • If Yes is selected, the following field becomes visible in the form:
      • Select the Training: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of applicable training definitions from the Training List. It allows users to choose an existing training that matches the requested training program.
  2. Save Form: This button allows users to save the form.
    • It will remain in the Pending Tasks folder.
  3. Submit Form: This button allows users to submit the completed form, closing the request and concluding the workflow.
