4.2.1. Execute Training – Enhanced Task Navigation

We have enhanced the Execute Training task to provide a smoother experience for trainees.

Key Changes:

1. Sequential Accordion Interaction

Trainees now engage with one accordion at a time, starting with the first in the sequence. This structured approach keeps the interface simple, allowing trainees to focus on each step individually.

2. Confirm and Proceed

Trainees must click the Confirm and Proceed button at the bottom of each accordion to advance. This ensures a linear progression through the training. Once confirmed, trainees cannot return to previous accordions.

*The final accordion does not feature a Confirm and Proceed button; trainees simply complete the phase requirements and submit the training for review.

3. Enhanced Submission Control

The Completion Date field and Training Completed button now appear only upon reaching the final phase of training. This ensures trainees understand that completion requires navigating all phases, preventing premature submissions for review.
