8.1.1.2. Training Location and Provider

In this section of the Define a New Training form, users can determine the location and provider of the training.

1. Format: This is a single-select dropdown field that displays a list of predefined values (Web-based Self-paced, Web-based Instructor-led, Onsite Instructor-led). It allows users to select the required format of the training. It is a mandatory field. Users can only choose one value at a time from the dropdown.
2. Training Online Course/ Video: This is a text field that allows users to input the URL of the training if a web-based format is selected.
3. Location: This is a single-select dropdown field that displays the list of predefined locations. It allows users to select the location wherein the training will be executed. Users can only choose one value at a time from the dropdown.
   • Location options are created in the Location section of Training Application Settings.
4. Provider Details: This is a text field that allows users to input details about the provider of the training.
