13. QMS Master Summary

The QMS Master Summary module offers a streamlined and comprehensive view of key metrics across various QMS applications, including Audit, Quality Event, CAPA, and more.

* Consolidating data and providing intuitive visualization tools, this module enables users to track progress, identify trends, and drive efficiency and quality across QMS initiatives.

Key Features:

1. Summary Metrics

QMS Master Summary provides users with at-a-glance insights into each application within the suite. Users can quickly access key performance indicators such as:

• Total number of instances for each application
• Number of instances in various status categories, including those in progress, overdue, due this week, and due this month.

2. Application Details & Trends

For a more focused and detailed view of each application, QMS Master Summary utilizes an accordion-style interface. This interface displays specific details including:

• Number of new and closed instances, highlighting activity levels for this week and this month.
• A grid listing all existing instances, with the option to add new instances directly from the summary.

3. Data Visualization & Exploration

At the bottom of the module, users will find intuitive visual representations of various application metrics, including pie and bar charts.These charts are equipped with drilldown functionality, allowing users to seamlessly navigate through layers of data.

• Chart Context Menus: These are hamburger buttons which, when collapsed, display a list of options that allow users to either print or download the chart.
• Quality Event Count / Action Item Count: This is quantitative data that users can access by hovering their cursor over the different data points in the charts (i.e., slices of pie charts, bars of bar chart). It represents the number of items per category.
  
• Drilldown Reports: These are data reports that users can access by double-clicking on the different elements in the pie and bar charts.
  • For example, double-clicking the sector representing actions that have been completed on time reveals the following modal window:
    

*By double-clicking on an element in the chart, users are essentially drilling down data. They are moving from the summary report visualized by the graph to the detailed report that created it.
