In the Action Refused by Owner form, users can assign a new owner for the action item. They can also modify other relevant details, such as the action deadline, to accommodate the reassignment.

  1. Due Date: This field displays the current due date for the action execution. Users can modify this field to set a new deadline.
  2. Action Item Owner: This dropdown displays the current user responsible for executing the action. Users can modify this field to reassign responsibility.
  3. Effectiveness Period Start Date: This field displays the current start date for the effectiveness check period, which can be modified as needed.
  4. Effectiveness Period End Date: This field displays the current end date for the effectiveness check period, which can be modified as needed.
  5. Status: This dropdown displays the current status of the action item.
    • By default, the action status in this form is set to Rejected.
  6. Comment: This is a rich text field that allows users to input any relevant comments regarding the action reassignment.
  7. Save and Return: This button allows users to save their changes and return to the Action Item Refused by Selected Owner form.
