4.1.4. Excel Import

Excel Import is a new application that has been added to the User Management section of the Admin application. It enables users to import a user list directly into either EPC or DBP.

In this latest release, we have introduced the option of bulk updating the active/inactive status of users in DBP.

1. Update Users: This button allows you to update the active/inactive status of users in DBP.
   • Once this button has been selected, it will take a few moments for the form to update. Once the form has updated, a message outlining the results of the import will appear in the Output Message field.
2. Output Message: This field is automatically populated with the results of the import/update once either the Import List or Update Users button has been selected.
   • It will list the number of users now added and/or updated. It will also list the number users now activated or inactivated. If any errors have occurred during the import, they will be outlined in this field.
