This module allows administrators to oversee and manage recipients for tasks across all platform applications.

To manage the assignment of a given task, double-click on it from the grid. This action populates the fields in the Properties accordion with the relevant information.

  1. Receiver Type: This is a radio button that allows users to select only one option from a set of mutually exclusive options. Administrators can distinguish the receiver type as either specific or defined.
    • If Specific is selected, it will enable the Specific Receivers dropdown.
    • If Defined is selected, it will enable the Defined Receivers radio button.
  2. Specific Receivers: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of users, roles, and groups in the system. It allows for multiple receivers to be selected at a time.
  3. Defined Receivers: This is a radio button that allows users to select only one option from a set of mutually exclusive options.
    • Administrators can choose one of the following criteria:
      • Current Role: This option allows for the task to be sent to the current role.
      • Current Role Department Management: This option allows for the task to be sent to the current department manager.
      • Starter Role: This option allows for the task to be sent to the starter role.
      • Starter Role Department Management: This option allows for the task to be sent to the starter department manager.
      • Current User: This option allows for the task to be sent to the current user.
      • Starter User: This option allows for the task to be sent to the starter user.
    • Depending on the criteria selected, the system will automatically assign the task to the appropriate receiver(s).
  4. Submit: This button allows users to save and apply the task assignment.
