DMX Personality Changes

All changes to DMX personalities are listed here:

• Pixelmapper White Intensity and White balance parameters added to 4.7 Viewport and 4.7 Mix personalities

• Added Parameters to Layer and Layer Presets personality for TouchEngine

• Added Touch Engine Mix personality
