How to: Create username through Arkle

*You will only be able to create usernames if you have a certain access level.
If you do not have this access level, you will need to contact Biztech to get the username created.

• On Arkle Main Page, click “Admin” tab, then click “Create Username”

• Enter forename and Surname (NOTE: Make sure there are no spaces at the start or end)

You can also choose what Access Level to give the new user, by ticking the appropriate boxes. You can choose from:

• Shop Staff
• Shop Manager/Senior Staff
• Security
• IT
• Raceroom/HQ
• District Manager
• Finance/Principal

• You can then choose to create the username locally or to all shops.

• Create Locally – To create the user only at the one shop you are logged in to.
• Create at all Shops – To create username at all shops in the Estate.

• You will then recieve a message to notify you that the username has been created.

*Please Note: This will always create the usernames in the default layout of:
Username: forename.surname
Password: forename
