Performance improvements have been made in the Dynamic Work Center to reduce lag times of receiving work and viewing cases in DWC.
Features include:
• A user selection pop-up has been added to the Manager View to enable number of users work to be restricted and enable the selection of users within multiple teams.
• Enable the ability to turn off watched items in the Manager View .
• Performance improvements up to 40% when loading manager view and organizational assignments with these options turned on.
