Code Analysis Variants

Initial Setup of Code Analysis Variants for Transformation Insight

Before you can use Transformation Insight for the first time, you must define which ATC Code Analysis Variants you want to make available to your Transformation Insight analyses.

Click on the “Settings” tile on the ActiveDiscover home screen, and then click on the “Configure Code Analysis Variants” tile.

Use the “Add New Entry” button to at least 1 entry for each Code Analysis Type used in Transformation Insight:

• Clean Core Analysis
• S/4 HANA Migration Analysis (Simplification DB)
  

Maintain the other fields as follows:

• ATC Variant – this field should contain the name of a valid ATC variant that can be used for the specified analysis type.
• SAP Version – optional – intended to help the user determine which variant to choose when running Transformation Insight, depending on the SAP version they are targeting.
• Default – optional – you can specify 1 variant per analysis type as the default which will be default selection when running Transformation Insight.
  

*Use the Trashcan icon next to each entry to delete any Variants that are no longer required.
