Upgrade Notes

Provisioning Manager 4.14 only supports direct upgrades from versions 4.11.02 and above.

*Upgrading to Provisioning Manager 4.14 requires the installation of the aPM-4.14-pre-upgrade-patch.zip be applied before upgrading. The patch can be downloaded from the Akkadian Labs Client Portal.

!Before running any upgrade, backup Provisioning Manager. It is also a good idea to take a VMWare snapshot before the upgrade. The snapshot should be deleted after a successful upgrade.

To upgrade Provisioning Manager:

1. Log in as PMEAdmin
2. From the System menu select System Update
3. If Provisioning Manager has access to the Akkadian Labs update server, you will be prompted to apply the update
4. If there is no Internet access, you will be promoted to manually upload the update file

*The update can be downloaded from the Akkadian Labs Client Portal.

5. Run the update to complete the upgrade
