Applying 4.0.0.246-PATCH

Step 1: Updating Console Server
Open Putty session and login as akkadianuser/akkadianpassword
select option 3->2->1-> and enter https://s3.amazonaws.com/akkadianlabs/Public/acs/v4/server/4.0.0.246-PATCH/aco_server_web.tar.gz

Step 2: Reboot Server
Select option r -> Server Reboot
