If you have trouble downloading maps, or if the download freezes, please perform a few steps in the following order:

  • Check the size of selected maps via Menu > Maps. Make sure you have sufficient free space available on your device.
  • Try to connect to a wireless network and make sure no firewall/antivirus is blocking the connection. Also reboot the WiFi router and your mobile device.
  • Go to Android settings > Apps > Sygic and select Force close and then Clear data.
