Typically, there is at least one entertainment option for the attendees of the meeting. It is generally required that an attendee be registered for the meeting in order to participate in the entertainment opportunities. There are exceptions including partners, spouses and children (if appropriate).

The entertainment has been scheduled on the second or third full day of the meeting in the afternoon/evening timeframe. Examples of the entertainment include:

  • Tours of the area or a special historical landmark
  • A visit to a landmark of special significance in the field of exposure science
  • Musical entertainment or other type of entertainment
  • Dinner and drinks may be included
  • Transportation may be included

Typically, the entertainment is an extra fee and logistics are arranged as a group. (The fee is on top of the registration fee.)
