Post-Visit

  • Request visitor feedback to evaluate their perceived effectiveness of the measures your venue has taken and take note of what is working and what is not
  • Keep customers updated on new operating hours, services, products, prices, contact information and new COVID-19 measures being implemented
  • Advise customers with symptoms of COVID-19, or who have tested positive for COVID-19, to not return to the venue until they have met the criteria to discontinue isolation
