The Agent ID setup enables you to track results per agent. On your “My Account” page, click on “Manage Agents”.
Each agent has a numeric ID and a name. The ID is used to identify the agent on each call: when a call comes in, you hear the whisper message. When you’re ready to take the call, you enter the Agent ID, you then hear a beep, and you’re talking with the caller.
Once you have and ID assigned to each agent, you can then take advantage of the Agent Stats.
