| Manual Mode options |
The DEMI 500 Series can be operated in a completely manual mode. It is important to keep in mind that the configured AUTO modes are all optimized for the most efficient operation. However, manual mode may be preferred when an operator is experimenting with new geometries or parameters. From the Home screen, press the MANUAL button to access the Manual Run screen.

| Manual Run Mode |
The buttons along the bottom of the screen control the available energy sources of the DEMI 500 Series. Any function that is active will be highlighted in orange. Press the respective button to turn off, which will become greyed out. Below, the functions are explained in detail.
- TEMPERATURE LIMIT – Set a temperature limit for the liquid detergent in the DEMI 500 Series. The current average tank temperature is displayed in black.
- AXIAL FLOW – Turn the Axial Pump Speed in the DEMI 500 Series on and off.
- HEATER – If operating in Manual Mode, the HEATER button must be turned on to allow the detergent in the tank to heat up to the temperature setpoint.
