5.11. Video meeting

The Video Meeting feature lets clinicians see an overview of scheduled video meetings with patients. The meetings are conducted via the third-party provider Whereby in a web browser or using their app.
From the Video Meeting overview clinicians can join or decline video meetings. Furthermore, the overview is divided into these categories; Accepted, Pending patient’s response, New times requested, Declined, and Cancelled.
