Templates

You can pre-define templates for Letters, Emails & SMS. Click on Letter Templates or SMS Templates tiles from the Main Menu.

Letter Templates is a Word Processor allowing you to setup based letter & email templates and SMS Templates is a simplified process allowing you to drop some field names into the pre-defined SMS.
