Online Patient Registration

In Optomate Touch v2.0 you will find a new button on the Appointment Book Toolbar “Send Px Registration”. This facility allows you to send the patient a link to a secure website where they can update their details prior to their appointment.

If you highlight an appointment cell and click this button, you will be provided with an option to send the patient a link via SMS or Email.

The patient will receive a link with a unique Passcode that they must enter when accessing the web application.

The patient can update their personal details and submit. These details are stored within our secure Monkey Web Services platform.

When you open the patient record in Optomate Touch, the patients’ detailed will automatically be updated.
