The Head Custodian will be responsible for: 1. Exit lights/batteries to be inspected monthly and enter a WO for deficient light fixtures. 2. Fire Extinguishers to be inspected monthly and inspection tag marked accordingly with date and initials of person performing inspection. 3. Emergency Lighting to be inspected monthly and deficiencies to be reported to the Facilities Director. 4. Fire alarm systems to be tested monthly. (Building Principal) 5. Conduct and Complete monthly inspections forms random cleaning locations of each custodian staff. 6. Any necessary cleaning needed to facilitate and promote a healthy building environment. 7. All training and supervision of the custodial staff as directed in the Custodial Standards document guide.
