Each employee must pass their proximity badge or key fob in front of the area on the clock that is labeled “Infotronics” (figure 1). The display (figure 2) area will populate with the employee’s name and the message “Transaction Successful”.
- If a Buildings and Grounds employee is called in for an emergency that contractually requires four hours minimum of overtime, they should select the F4 button before passing their proximity card or key fob in front of the clock. They must pass the card or fob again after 3 minutes to properly record the 4-hour minimum.
- If a Buildings and Grounds employee is assigned to snow watch that contractually requires two hours of overtime, they should select the F5 button before passing their proximity card or key fob in front of the clock. They must pass the card or fob again after 3 minutes to properly record the 2-hour minimum
- If a bus driver is assigned to a one-way trip, they should select the F1 button before passing their proximity card or key fob in front of the clock to properly record the 1-hour minimum.
- If a bus driver is assigned to a drop and pick school day, they should select the F2 button before passing their proximity card or key fob in front of the clock to properly record the 2-hour minimum.
- If a bus driver is assigned to a drop and pick non-school day, they should select the F3 button before passing their proximity card or key fob in front of the clock to properly record the 3.5-hour minimum.
