4.2.1. Product Registration Form Enhancements

To enhance clarity and usability, we have applied key improvements to the New Product form. These improvements include:

1. Clearer Field Labels

We have renamed certain fields to provide clearer, more comprehensible labels.

2. Additional Fields for Product Information

We have added new fields to capture additional product information. Users can now specify the supplier of the product, attach relevant documentation, and/or register product parts.

3. Streamlined Replacement Product Assignment

We have streamlined the process of assigning replacement products. Instead of manually inputting the replacement product’s name, users can now conveniently select it from a dropdown.

*This dropdown displays a comprehensive list of registered products within the application, saving time and reducing the chance of errors.
