The data to provide the basis for the calculation of cumulative quantities is displayed in the tab “Cumulative quantities” (CQ) as follows:
Cumulated Received Quantity (@IAG_PBS0.U_Efz):
Contains the sum of deliveries from the date of zero position to the boundary date. The calculation occurs at the time of the “MRP Transfer”. It is calculated as follows:
CRQ (PBS0.U_Efz) = “Cumulated Goods Receipt Quantity(PBS0.U_Vfz)” – “Goods Entry before MRP transfer(PBS0.U_Welifz)”
Cumulated Goods Receipt Quantity (@IAG_PBS0.U_Vfz):
Contains the sum of all goods receipts (deliveries) from the date of zero position to the current date. The calculation occurs for each goods issue the moment it is created in Business One. The calculation looks like the following:
Cumulated Goods Receipt Quantity(PBS0.U_Vfz) = “Cumulated Goods Receipt Quantity(PBS0.U_Vfz)” + “Delivery note quantity(WEN3.U_Lsmng)”.
Cumulated Supplier Quantity (@IAG_PBS0.U_Lfz):
Contains the “Cumulated Goods Receipt Quantity(PBS0.U_Vfz)” at the time the feature Create history is executed.
Goods Entry before MRP transfer (@IAG_PBS0.U_Welifz):
Contains the sum of all goods entries between the Limiting date (PBS0.U_Agrdat) / Limiting time (PBS0.U_Agrzet) and the MRP Transfer Date (PBS0.U_Mrptdate) / MRP Transfer Time (PBS0.U_Mrpttime). The calculation occurs once during the MRP Transfer. New fields are necessary to determine the goods receipt (GR): “Booking Date (WEN3.U_Bookdate)” and “Booking Time (WEN3.U_Booktime)”. These fields are saved at the moment of the Business One goods receipt.
MRP residue (@IAG_PBS0.U_Mrprst):
Contains the sum of all requirements from the MRP before the boundary date.
ATM residue (@IAG_PBS0.U_Atmrst):
Contains the sum of the MRP residue and the ATM requirements before the boundary date. The MRP residue can be rounded up to a multiple dependent on the button “R-/S-Inventory rounding(PBS0.U_Rssrnd)” or not. The calculation of the sum occurs with each Calculation of Cumulative Quantities.
Delivery residue (@IAG_PBS0.U_Lifrst):
Contains the “ATM residue” at the moment of the feature Create history.
open goods received (@IAG_PBS0.U_Ofnwe):
Contains the sum of all open goods receipts (WEN3.U_vvssts < “07”). It is determined through the feature Calculate Cumulative Quantities
R-/S-Inventory rounding (@IAG_PBS0.U_Rssrnd):
This button determines whether the MRP residue and the MRP instant stock is rounded up with the “Delivery multiples” or not. The following characteristics are possible:
Value | Meaning | Description |
---|---|---|
N | No | no rounding |
Y | Yes | rounding |
Limiting date (@IAG_PBS0.U_Agrdat):
Contains the date at which the MRP calculation occurred. It is inherited from the respective MRP (beas or B1) at the moment of the feature MRP Transfer.
Limiting time (@IAG_PBS0.U_Agrzet):
Contains the time when the MRP calculation occurred. It is inherited from the respective MRP (beas or B1) at the moment of the feature MRP Transfer.
MRP Transfer Date (@IAG_PBS0.U_Mrptdate):
Contains the date at which the MRP Transfer occurred. It is saved upon the feature MRP Transfer.
MRP Transfer Time (@IAG_PBS0.U_Mrpttime):
Contains the time when the MRP Transfer occurred. It is saved upon the feature MRP Transfer.
MRP instant stock (@IAG_PBS0.U_Mrpsst):
Not used at the moment. Has the value zero.
ATM instant stock (@IAG_PBS0.U_Atmsst):
Contains the instant stock. Can be edited through the user only.
Delivery instant stock (@IAG_PBS0.U_Lifsst):
Contains the “ATM instant stock” at the moment of the feature Create history.
Date of null position (@IAG_PBS0U_Nstdat):
