Hippotizer Version 4.6.2 adds new features and functionality to V4 and V4+ systems.
Software Assurance This version will install on all V4 and V4+ systems even if they report having expired Software Assurance, however when expired the output will be watermarked. Software Assurance has changed as of 4.6.0 to include a minimum number of releases. Please see the Software Assurance section of this manual for more information for more info. |
- Systems currently running 4.4.X or 4.5.X should export all programming, carry out a clean install and then import data into 4.6. Some Changes in 4.6 may require updates to programming. See the Release Notes for more information.
- Systems currently running 4.3.3 or older software must clean install 4.6.2; all existing programming and settings will be lost.
New Features in 4.6.2
Floating Keyframes This new keyframe type can be used to transition any float pins from there current value to the value after the floating keyframe, using a linear fade over time. These keyframes offer flexibility switching between timelines and allow smooth transitions with less snap value changes.
Shift Time This feature allows for keyframes before and after the playhead to be shifted forward or backwards in a specified amount of time.
CITP Streaming mixes/layers and thumbnail sharing using CITP is now fully operational.
Timeline has been further optimised improving overall performance and stability.
Functionality Changes In 4.6.2
- Added the option to unicast sACN from the PixelMapper component.
- Added sACN output in the MultiController.
- Improved FlexRes Encoder supported source files codecs.
- Added crop and pre-multiply alpha functions to the FlexRes command line encoder.
