$80 (NON-PRIVATE) OR $100 (PRIVATE) NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED

A Non-Refundable deposit is required to confirm your field trip booking. Your deposit is applied towards the balance of your field trip. Your deposit is non-refundable as FunFlatables is committing and reserving this date and time for just your field trip, therefore, preventing another booking. However, your deposit may be applied towards a future field trip booking within 1 year from your original field trip date, as follows:

24 HOURS NOTICE – 100% of your deposit can be applied towards a future field trip booking within 1 year from your original party date.

DAY OF – 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. The remaining 50% can be applied towards a future field trip booking within 1 year from your original field trip date.

NO SHOW – 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.

NOTE:

  • Your deposit CANNOT be used towards Open Play or any other product or service of FunFlatables.
  • Maximum of 2 field trip reschedules only.
  • Rescheduled Field Trips – Pricing, Structure and Policies are subject to change without notice.

BALANCE DUE. The balance of your party invoice is due upon arrival on the date of your party.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT. We accept cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) only.

PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.

INVOICE ADJUSTMENTS. Any invoice adjustments made during your party must be settled 30 minutes prior to the end of your party.
