View your system’s event history from the History page.

The page displays the notification events for your system in descending order. The date, device type, specific sensor and type of event are displayed. You can also search your system history to find specific events or show information for specific dates. The following is a list of notifications for your system.

  • Alarm Events
  • Arming/Disarming
  • Opening/Closing Events (access control systems)
  • Troubles
  • Sensor Activity

Add Card enables you to quickly add an unknown user to a system from History. When an unknown user attempts to access a door with a card, you can add that user to the system by selecting Add Card. To add the new user, complete the required fields and select Save. The internal number for the credential is automatically populated. For more information about adding users, refer to “Users”.
