To run an Events by Date Range Report, complete the following steps.

  1. Find the customer and select the relevant account number.
  2. Additional options become visible in the menu. Select System Reports.
  3. Select Events by Date Range Report.
  4. Enter the report criteria. To receive a report for a specific event, choose an option from the Select Event dropdown. To run a report for all events, leave Select Event blank.
  5. If needed, enter start dates and times to restrict the report to a specific timeframe.
  6. To generate and open the report, press Create Report.

Use Search to find a specific user if necessary. Use the Previous, Next, and number buttons to view other pages. If you want to save your report, refer to “Export a Report”.
