To manage your services with Reporting & Analytics, complete the following steps.

View Metrics

  1. Go to Tools > Reporting & Analytics.
  2. In Metrics, choose Customers, Systems, App Users, or Troubles.
  3. In the upper right corner, choose a time frame option and a graph type.

Generate a Quick Report

  1. Go to Tools > Reporting & Analytics.
  2. In Quick Reports, select a report from the list.
  3. To export the report, press Export.
  4. To return to Reporting & Analytics, press Back.

Generate a Custom Report

  1. Go to Tools > Reporting & Analytics.
  2. In Custom Reports, choose a Report type, System Type, Date Range, and Connection Type. Choose additional options as needed.
  3. Press Run Report. The custom report opens in a new window. You can export the report from this page.
  4. If you want to save the report, press Save Report. Enter information in the Save Report form and press Save.

Export a Report

  1. After creating a report, press Export.
  2. Before downloading the report, you can choose to save it as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.
  3. A dialog pops up to ask where you want to save the file. Choose a location, then press Save.
