You can update customers’ systems remotely from Dealer Admin using Remote Update and monitor updates from Tools > Remote Update Dashboard. To perform remote updates, complete the following steps.
- Find the customer and select the relevant account number.
- Additional options become visible in the menu. Select Remote Update.
- If you want to view more information before updating, press the PDF icon next to View Release Notes.
- Press Update System.
If you go to a different page, the system will update in the background.
