You can update customers’ systems remotely from Dealer Admin using Remote Update and monitor updates from Tools > Remote Update Dashboard. To perform remote updates, complete the following steps.

  1. Find the customer and select the relevant account number.
  2. Additional options become visible in the menu. Select Remote Update.
  3. If you want to view more information before updating, press the PDF icon next to View Release Notes.
  4. Press Update System.

If you go to a different page, the system will update in the background.
