A Youth account is a type of player account that are used for players 13 years old and below and use a secondary email and a nickname.

The nickname can be whatever you want it to be. We want it to be unique to the user, so have fun with it! Youth accounts use the nickname that was created upon registration to log in. You will NOT use the email associated with this account to sign in.

The secondary email can be any email and is used to send important emails such as “Forgot Password”, account verification etc. This is where a parent or guardian would typically use their email address so the account is tied to them. This email is not used to log in. Youth accounts use the nickname that was created upon registration to log in.

This type of account will require a subscription!

What if I have multiple children under the age of 13 who I plan to use this with?
That’s ok! When creating a youth account, they use nicknames instead of separate email addresses. You can create multiple youth accounts under the same email address, but they will need to be unique nicknames to make the account.

Do I need a coach account as a parent?
No you do not! You can sign into your son or daughter’s account from your phone or the Web app and monitor their swings that way. If you are not recording data and are not going to be in charge of a large team, you do not need to make an account for yourself as a parent.
