Introduction

iPay impact is an online payment platform provided by CRB Cunninghams. It is a simple, easy-to-use website, offering parents a convenient and flexible way to make payments online, by debit or credit card, for all school purchases, reducing the need for pupils to carry cash to school. iPayimpact has a ‘shopping basket’ approach, allowing internet payments to be made for each child including dinner money, school trips, uniforms, after-school clubs and societies, milk, and many other school payments in one easy transaction. iPayimpact also allows parents the option to send in cheques or cash to the school office if they do not wish to use the online payment facility.

!This manual has been written using an Administrator type user account. This level has full access to all aspects of the system. Your user account may be limited and there may be some differences in configuration from your system, therefore some aspects of this manual may differ from your experience.

Please be aware, inquiries directly from parents CANNOT be taken by CRB Cunninghams due to Data Protection Guidelines. Parents must contact their School in the first instance if they have any queries regarding the online payment system. Schools can then contact our HelpDesk, ensuring that they have the following details:

• Parent Email address & Parent Username
• Pupil Name
• School
• Year/Class
• Nature of the issue/concern
