sgRNA Sequence Files
Provided as a Microsoft Excel file upon purchase, the sequence file contains target gene names, sgRNA sequences, clone sequencing data, and NGS QC data including reads, distribution, complexity or number of independent clones, and mutation rate. If you have not received it, please contact us at tech@cellecta.com.
NGS Cassette Diagram
Available in PDF format, the NGS cassette diagram shows the sgRNA sequence structure, design of sgRNA expression cassette including location of PCR and NGS primers, and primer sequences. Vector Map and Sequence
